The problem of the identification of the author who made attestation tasks in remote instruction are discussed in the article. The difficulties arising from the issuance of the official documents on education, based on the results of such work. There are possible directions in problem solution by comparing the work performed in person and in absentia, on the basis of the analysis of the official symbols.
