The article represents the main parameters of the principal scheme of the staffing monitoring for DI organizations. It also displays the sequence of steps for monitoring of staffing and definition of the future needs for training in DI organizations. A variant of calculation of staffing indicators and defining of the future needs for training in DI organizations is given.
