The Evaluation of the competitiveness of highly porous circles on the basis of cubic boron nitride, microcrystalline corundum and white electrocorundum on the performance of the process, the time spent on cyclic editing and the complexity of the formation of the working profile of long passages of hardened high speed steel.
Significant benefits in the same conditions showed highly porous circle of cubic boron nitride, which provided specific performance grinding compared to rangebased microcrystalline corundum more than 3 times and 7,5 times larger than the circle of white electrocorundum. By a combination of factors highly porous elbor circle turned out to be more economical from the point of view of the cost of the tool.
