Durability of the tool cones

Describes the process of hardening of the surface layer of a cone taper sleeve 1:10 for end milling bymethod of ionic nitriding unit in a two-step vacuum arc discharge. Increase the hardness of the surface layer is installed, as well as reducing the intensity of its wear.
