The principles of a cross-platform software-based CNC controller electric automation systems, high-tech industrial complexes

There is suggested an architectural design for constructing software-implemented controller for modern numerical control (NC) systems. There are revealed the mechanisms of the development environment realization based on the IEC 61131 standard with the possibility to create control programs with the help of formula editor. An example of the description of the work of Programmable Logic Control systems based on the system of Timed Boolean Functions is given. Practical aspects of program implementation of machine tools' Programmable Logic Control system are scrutinized.
