The influence of tool CBN grinding process on hardened steel in extreme conditions

The influence of the composition of highly cubic boron nitride grinding wheels on the efficiency of the grinding hardened steel process with cooling mist and without cooling. In experimental studies, and statistical analysis of the results revealed that the power consumption of material removal process, the heating part and its treated surface roughness depends on the contents of cubic boron nitride in the abrasive mass and poreforming fillers and ceramic binder.
