The establishment of the stress field in the radial profiling rotary cylindrical blank without consider of radius deforming tool

Theoretical studies aimed at determining the stress field in the preparation im by radial rotary profiling. Used the basic provisions of the hypothesis and assumptions of the theory of cylindrical shells. This made it possible to obtain an analytical solution for a closed normal stresses without anisotropy and hardening of material in the deformation process,
depending on the two coordinates. The solution of differential equations of equilibrium was carried out by separation of variables.
