Are the principles of n-parameters diagnosis of the technological systems of metal working in conditions of possible changes to the cutting conditions, physical and mechanical properties of the workpiece material, as well as the condition of the cutting tools. Shows that the diagnosis must be controlled so much of the cutting process parameters used as diagnostic signs, how many unknown perturbing factors affect the cutting process. The values are determined by factors resulting from the perturbation solutions of the samenumber of equations.
