Tube push bending on the roll machine

Model of thin walled tube push bending on the three-roll machine is developed with material work hardening included. Non-steady tube bending for specified curvatureis simulated with the bend roll moving on the curved path, followed by steady state bending up to specified rotation angle of the tube axis. The model can be used for theprogramming control of the long tubes spatial bending on the roll machines.
