This article discusses the approach to the selection of value drivers based on the company’s business model, proposed by A. Osterwalder and I. Pinier. The authors propose to identify the key value drivers in each block of the company’s business model, influencing which the organization’s management will be able to more effectively manage the business and increase the amount of cash flow.
