Development of an algorithm for digital data processing in order to analyze the results obtained, predict the quality and their subsequent implementation in other tasks with the necessary adaptation

The method of automated calculation of the quality parameters of the production process based on measurement data using a digital data processing system is described. A model is presented that schematically shows the selection strategy for the corresponding distribution model, which best describes the distribution function of the measured values over the entire period of data collection. After the distribution model is automatically determined, the quality parameters are calculated and displayed depending on the selected distribution model.
