Automated correction of control programs for CNC machines using a transformable CAD model of a low-rigidity workpiece as part of technical preparation for production

In the context of modern rapidly changing production requirements, as well as intense competition in the market of machine-building plants, modern automation tools and technologies are not enough, therefore, a lot of works are devoted to research in this area, which makes the topic relevant. The paper presents an analysis of modern computer technologies in the field of automation of TPP and the problem of increasing the accuracy of processing low-rigid workpieces when machining on CNC machines. The analysis of CAD / CAE / CAM-systems, which are the basis in the automation of CCI, is carried out, an approach to the processing of parts of low rigidity is proposed. Experimental studies of the effectiveness of the proposed approach are carried out.
