The issues of the influence of vibrations arising in the technological system of the machine tool on the quality of processing parts during ultra-high-speed grinding are considered. The results of experiments of identifying the dependences of roughness on cutting speed are shown. It was revealed that vibrations in the technological system negatively affect the resulting roughness of the processed surface. Recommendations on the processing modes are given.
