Ultra-fast sharpening of small-size carbide end tools

The article describes the application of the method of ultra-high-speed sharpening to create a high-quality end cutting tool using a developed ultra-high-speed grinding and sharpening machine based on VZ-326F4, capable of processing at speeds up to 400 m/s. This method allows you to increase the sharpness of the blade, as well as to reduce chips and cracks on the blade and the roughness of the treated surfaces.
