An analysis of physical and chemical methods of carbon nanotubes increasing dispersibility in polymer matrix was carried out. A mathematical model of aggregate stability of carbon nanotubes solutions in a polymer binder depending on the radius and length of nanotubes, and the size of nanotubes aggregates is developed. An increase in the rate of nanotubes sedimentation in polymer binders solutions by tens of times in comparison with dispersed carbon nanotubes solutions was revealed.
