This article is a continuation of the previously published articles (see Ogurtsov A.I. Conditions of stability of the unperturbed motion of a certain nonlinear system. I //Vestnik MSTU «Stankin», #1 (40), 2017. Р. 78—83).The investigation of the perturbed motion of the system described in the first part of this work, is continued. We used the same construction of the Lyapunov function, but altered the construction regarding its time derivative. This provides new stability conditions which expand the options in choosing design parameters of the system.
