Assessment effectiveness methods for modernization of testing divisions in aircraft industry

There is determined a special role of testing units in manufacturing of aircraft. Theoretical and practical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of upgrading of the test stands are discussed. Method of evaluating the effectiveness of upgrading testing units on the basis of changes in cash flows of the company is proposed.
