Practically driven approach in the «Computer Architecture» course in the educational program of Higher Education (09.03.02)

IT professional standards, elaborated by the Information & Computer Techologies Industry Association (ICTIA), analyzed. It shows the relations of these standards and the educational program of Higher Education (09.03.02). The linkage of the «Computer Architecture» course and labor functions, included in the «Information Systems Specialist» professional standard, shown. The paper describes the practically driven approach in the «Computer Architecture» course.
