Definition of position of the carbide indexable inserts arranged along helical chip flute on body of form milling cutter

This paper considers a mathematical model of assembled form milling cutters with indexable carbide inserts arranged along helical chip flute. This model provides optimal geometric parameters and allows automatized generation of CNC program to machine pockets for carbide inserts in body of milling cutter.
