The formal description of the integral representation of the processes of the creation, operation and development of the applied automated systems based on applicable solutions

Are investigated, analyzed especially the creation, operation and development of automated systems for the considering approaches (based on national practice, on the basis of international practice, based on the methodology of automation  of  intellectual  labor).  Sets  out  the  provisions  of  the  formal  description  of  the  integral  representation  of processes of the creation, operation and development of automated systems based on a systematic approach and systems theory.
