A method of remote measurement of the temperature of the molten bath zone under the influence of laser radiation on the surface of the material INOX 3041 with an infrared camera FLIR Phoenix RDAS™ is described. Grey body was used to restore the true temperature from the brightness temperature of the IR camera. The obtained experimental data was confirmed by mathematical modeling.
