The hydrothermal method was used to obtain a nanoscale graphene-zirconia powder. The technique of effective reduction of graphene from graphene oxide is presented. Studies of the obtained materials of the nanohybrid structure were carried out using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray phase analysis (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transform (Fourier transform IR). Studies have confirmed the reduction ofgraphene oxide with a uniform distribution of ZrO2 nanoparticles on its sheets during synthesis.
