The tasks of research and reduction of errors in measuring the coordinates of points of surfaces of parts when measuring in non-contact laser scanning optoelectronic measuring systems are examined. The results of studies on the effect on the measurement error of surface roughness are presented. Estimates of the resolution of the scanning system in relation to the texture of the surface of the part are determined.
