In the article detects the actual problem of evaluation of enterprise investment attractiveness for the enterprise itself in terms of the management the indicator and for potential investors in terms of investment planning. There are analyzed the existing methods of evaluation of enterprise investment attractiveness. Proposed three factor model for evaluation of enterprise investment attractiveness.
