The influence of curvature of phase surface on mass transfer in mechanical engineering

The different curvature of phase surface influencing on the processes of mass transfer in modern engineering are considered. Accounting for the curvature seems to be important, as it affects the magnitude of the surface energy of the liquid and the intensity of mass transfer processes in general. Built a mathematical model of the curvature, and draws an analogy between the constructed models and real surfaces. The influence of curvature on the processes of mass transfer is investigated.
