Automated design based on «component» technologies

Computer-aided design of automated machine tool systems requires the establishment of specialized CAD «component» technologies designed for pre-synthesis of the technological process of processing of each part, and forming arrays of data on the composition and schemes of the transitions, the type of cutting tools and tooling, temporal characteristics, etc. Such CAD systems provide a synthesis of the «component» technology without regard to specific models of machines at the level of elementary surfaces and the generation of data for integrated analysis and decision making.
