The article describes modern approaches to ensure quality and safety of processes and production in conditions of digital manufacturing. The attention is focused on need for implementation for process-oriented management in accordance with requirements of technical regulations and standards. The priority value of requirements contained in standards on quality management, risk assessment and information security is justified for the automation of machine-building enterprises management and holding management on the basis of the process approach, and information management systems belonging to the ERP 2.0 class. Reflects the specificity of import substitution and certification at the enterprises of Defense-Industrial Complex (DIC) in accordance with requirements of the new ISO 9001 revision 2015.
