The way to methodology of cutting regimes nomination

The  article gives the way to methodology of cutting regimes nomination based  on physical and mechanical characteristics  of  machined  and  cutting  materials  under  high  cutting  temperature  together  with  processes  in  plastic deformation  zone  and  tool  geometry.  The  issue  today  situation  is  provided  also.
