Beam and plasma technologies for synthesis of nanostructure coatings with enhanced cyclical fracture toughness and hardness

A new method is proposed for production of nanostructure coatings with enhanced cyclical fracture toughness and hardness on conductive and dielectric products based on mixing of the atoms, which take part in the synthesis, in the product surface layer by high-energy neutral gas molecules. An experimental setup for the method implementation is described.
